由于煤矿井下工作条件恶劣和设计的局限性,进口框架式支架搬运车使用中存在不同形式的问题,其中尤为突出的是框架变形、前桥连接部撕裂和驱动制动可靠性3个问题,在分析问题原因的基础上,结合国产机型特点提出了改进措施。

Due to the underground mal-condition and bounded design, existing all kinds of questions in use of import frame support carrier, particular questions are distorted frame ,the fracture of forward slave driveline joints and drive-brake reliability.According to the analysis reasons of above three questions ,combined with the character of home frame support carrier, put forward improved methods.
