摘要
在机械维修当中,经常会遇到某些零、部件出现严重的磨损、拉沟、点蚀、甚至裂缝等现象。采用焊条电弧焊维修技术可以从根本上恢复或者提高原零部件的结构和性能。主要研究焊条电弧焊在维修常用零部件中的工艺要点,焊条、焊接电流的选择以及焊条电弧焊在机械维修中的应用实例。
Among the mechanical maintenance,there will always be some parts and components of serious wear, tear, pull ditch, pitting, and even the phenomenon of cracks. Shielded metal arc welding repair technology will fundamentally restore or improve the structure and properties of the original parts. The main elements of the electrode arc-welding in the maintenance of common parts is studied, the selection of electrodes, welding current and for example of the shielded metal arc welding using in the mechanical application.
