摘要
针对传统液压实验台采用继电器等元件作为控制系统的控制元件,存在可靠性低、实验程序不易实现且灵活性差等缺点,在介绍该液压实验系统构成、工作原理及功能的基础上,给出了该实验系统的PLC控制方案,重点阐述了PLC控制系统的设计和实现过程。
The traditional hydraulic experimental table using relays as control elements shows some disadvantages such as low reliability and flexibility. The design of hydraulic experimental table based on PLC is discussed. A brief description of the experimental stand's system construction, working principle and function. And besides, the control program for hydraulic experimental table which based on PLC, the design and realization of PLC control system are also presented.
