摘要
介绍了掩护支架平衡千斤顶连接座损坏的裂度及其对安全生产的影响,阐述了掩护支架支护特性与平衡千斤顶及连接座的受力关系,计算分析平衡千斤顶在额定载荷、偏载与连接座破断载荷下的应力及强度,指出平衡连接座损坏的真正原因是双向锁安全阀失效,并揭示造成安全阀失效污染物的微观典型特征,对掩护支架设计、选型及使用管理提出建议。
Introduced the equilibrium jack link set of hydraulic shield damage degree and its effect on the impact of production safety, expounded shield retaining properties and the equilibrium jack link set of the relationship between force,calculation and analysis of equilibrium jack at rated load balancing, partial set and connection set breaking under the strain and load intensity, pointed out that the balance of damage to the real reason for connecting seat is two-way lock valve failure, and to reveal safety valve failure caused by typical characteristics of micro-pollutants, on the powered support of design, selection and use of management recommendations.
