摘要
学籍管理制度建设与高校发展是互相依存、互相影响的辩证关系。一方面,学籍管理制度建设是高校人才培养的内在动力;另一方面,高校发展是提高学籍管理制度文明程度的有力保证。
University student status management system construction and its development have dialectical relationship with each other dependence and influence. On the one hand, student status management system construction is the internal driving force personnel training colleges and universities; the other hand, university development is to improve student status management system, a powerful guarantee for the degree of civilization.
