摘要
在阅读大量的文献资料的基础上,运用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对影响运动技能学习的内部因素进行定性定量研究,并相应地提出了在体育教学中提高运动技能学习效率的对策。经研究得出结论:影响运动技能学习主要的内部因素按其影响作用大小排序依次为:原有的动作经验、身体素质、学习意志、学习动机、自信心、学习兴趣。
This thesis makes a qualitative and quantitative study and puts out some countermeasures correspondingly the methods of questionnaire, investigation and other method to improve motor skill learning in the PE teaching based on much literature. Through analysis, the author of this thesis comes to the following conclusions : according to their influential degree, the main internal factors that influence motor skill learning can be lined up in the following order: previous action experience, conditional ability, the will of learning, motive of learning, interest in learning and self - condition.
