山东省“教体结合”培养体育后备人才研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用专家访谈法和问卷调查法等,对山东省13地市有关"教体结合"的现状进行了调研,研究结果显示:体育传统学校和培养体育后备人才学校的管理体制不顺;项目布局和设置不合理,优势项目不突出;体育传统学校和后备人才学校生源出入口衔接不畅;输送后备运动员的质量有待提高;经费缺少和活动偏少制约发展。并提出如下对策:加强课余训练教师队伍建设;积极探索有偿训练和输送制度,完善管理和奖励政策逐步建立以重点中、小学为龙头,体校和运动学校为两翼,青少年体育俱乐部为新形势的发展训练基地的模式;改革现行青少年竞赛制度;突出奥运项目,兼顾全运会、大运会,重点发展优势项目;深化管理体制,分工明确,共同管理,统一协调。 Through expert interviews and questionnaires,it reports a field research into the implementation of combining teaching with training in five cities of Shandong province. In discussing the problems which occurred in the construction and development of sports schools, four types of schools including traditional sports school, school of reserve talent training, sports training school and juvenile sports club are observed as samples. Effective ways are suggested to solve the problems. The researcher then highlighted the importance of establishing a sound extracurricular training system which should cover cultivation, training, and transportation of sports talents. Such a system will be more adapted to the needs of social development and more helpful to promote the leading position of Shandong province over the country both in education and sports training.
