New Discussion on Zhu Yizun’s Poetry

朱彝尊是清代著名的学者,他的诗歌创作博取群籍,论诗以取材博者为尚。他资书为诗主要表现在三个方面:一是以经、史等学术入诗;二是用典用事广博而僻奥;三是选词用字讲求来历。朱彝尊倡导了浙诗派乃至整个清代宗宋诗派资书以为诗的风气。

Zhu Yi-zun was well-known scholar. His poetry involved in many books and records, and he singed high praise for the poetry. The relation between his poetry and books embodies the following three aspects： quoting academic content, citing extensive and rare allusion and using words with original. Zhu Yi-zun advocated the regular creative practice that poetry must be based on books for the poets in Zhejiang.
