高校职务犯罪的成因及心理预防探讨

A Study on Causes of Occupational Crimes in Tertiary Institution and Psychological Prevention from Crime

随着我国高等教育体制改革的发展,高校的独立法人地位确立和自主权增多,高校职务犯罪正呈日益严重之势。高校职务犯罪的原因有客观因素和主观因素,但最主要的还应从行为人主观上分析查找原因。因此,为加强对职务犯罪的预防,高校应着重从心理预防的角度来探讨和研究。

With the innovation development of China＇s tertiary educational system, occupational crimes in colleges and universities have been increasing rapidly since the independent corporation status was recognized and the autonomy was aggrandized. There are objective and subjective factors co-existed in an occupational crime, however it is the most important to find out the reasons by psychological elements of the doers. Hence, we should study the problem from the psychological aspect in order to strengthen the prevention of occupational crimes. i
