旅游管理专业实践教学改革管见——以韶关学院为例

Discussion on Practice Teaching Reforms in Tourism Management Specialty: An example of Shaoguan University

旅游管理专业是一个应用性极强的专业,实践教学是旅游管理专业自身特点的需要,是培养应用型人才和旅游业快速发展的需要。韶关学院旅游管理专业实践教学存在基地建设滞后、考核缺乏具体标准和企业实习形式化等问题,应当从课程设置、师资队伍、教学模式和考核体制四方面进行改革。

The applicability of tourism management specialty is heavy. Practice teaching is needed by tourism management specialty own characteristics, the culture of tourism applied person and the rapid development of tourism. There are existential problems about the practice teaching of tourism management specialty in Shaoguan University, such as the lagging of base construction, the lack of assessment criterion, the formalization of Business Practice, etc. The paper offers four suggestions to reform from the curriculum, teaching staff, teaching models and assessment system.
