摘要
荷兰是较早建立高等教育质量保障制度的国家,通过对其高等教育质量保障制度的发展历程和现状、实施机制及特点的研究,可以从中找到其高等教育制度和高等教育质量保障模式对我国高等教育质量保障制度建设的启示。
The Netherlands is the country with early establishment of higher education secunity system. We shall gain enlightenments for the quality of our the higher education guarantee system construction by analyzing its present situation of higher education security system and development of the quality guarantee system.
