提出了超媒体机械零件ＣＡＤ系统的结构框架，讨论了系统基本信息模块的分类，分析了构成模块的内容和数据特征，给出了不同类型、不同特征数据模块的实现方法和工具，并以轴类零件ＣＡＤ系统为例，说明了超媒体ＣＡＤ系统的可行性和优越性。

The paper proposes the construction frame of the Hyper Medium CAD system of mechanical elements, discusses the classification of the basic information module of the system, analyses the contents of the module and the features of data, and gives developing methods and tools of different module with different feature data. A practical CAD system of shaft parts is given to illustrate the feasibility and superiority.
