摘要
上位机对DSP发送脉冲,DSP芯片捕获这样一个频率信号,通过内部换算可以控制步进电机的转速。步进电机带动偏心轮及与之相连的活塞杆和抽气头运动,实现液体的抽排,从而达到上位机对计量泵流量的控制。
The pulse to DSP is sent by the upper pulse generator and captured by the DSP. Through calculation the stepping motor can be controlled. The stepping motor make the eccentric which can make the piston back and forth rotating. The piston connect the cupule that make the liquor in and out. Then the upper machine can control the flux of the measuring pump.
