摘要 本文分析了铁道列车在曲线轨道上运行时产生轮轨侧磨的机理,并且介绍了一种地面式轮轨润滑装置。这种装置借助于列车通过时铁路道床产生的振动信号激励润滑系统工作,将润滑脂通过压缩气体增压泵喷射到轨道侧缘,经轮缘将油脂带到整个轨道曲线上实现润滑。 The single-side wearing mechanism of the wheel-rail at the curve railway is analyzed and a suitable solve project is introduced. A ground wheel-rail lubricate device, that is aroused by oscillating signal of railway foundation while train passes by, jets lubricating grease on the rail inner side face by a increasing pressure pump with pressure air, and then the running wheels bring the grease on whole curve rail surface, so that the wheel-rail can he lubricated.
