摘要
在汽车电子节气门位置传感器的生产过程中,电阻基板与传感器壳体之间的平行度是一个重要指标,直接影响传感器性能以及汽车燃油经济性与行车安全。本文利用Matlab在数值运算上的强大功能,结合VB在界面设计上的优势,解决平行度检测的算法设计与程序求解。重点介绍了一种基于MatrixVB的Matlab与VB的接口编程,最后通过平行度检测实例证明了该方法简单、可操作性强、结果精确。
In the manufacturing process of automotive electronic throttle position sensor , the degree of parallelism of substrate resistance and sensor housing is an important indicators. It has a direct impact on sensor performance and fuel economy, as well as traffic safety. This paper makes the use of the strong power of the number counting in the Matlab, combined with the advantage of the interface design in VB, to solve the arithmetic design of parallelism detection. Introducing the interface programming based on MatrixVB between Matlab and VB in emphasis. At last proving this method is simple, easy to operate and accurate through an example.
