摘要
基于Flexsim对摩托车装配车间的生产系统进行了仿真,给出提高系统效能的方案。参照装配车间工艺,建立了装配车间的仿真模型,运行仿真模型求解出瓶颈部装线;利用生产线平衡启发式算法,对瓶颈部装线进行了平衡分析,得出瓶颈部装线的优化方案,建立瓶颈部装线的仿真模型,进行方案比较。仿真实验结果表明,基于Flexsim求解生产线上的瓶颈是可行的,生产线平衡启发式算法能够提高生产线效率。生产系统优化仿真能够为企业提供优化方案和科学依据,使企业在不增加投资的情况下提高生产率。
The product system of a motorcycle assemble shop was simulated based on Flexsim, and the plan improving system efficiency was showed. Referred to the process flow of a assemble shop, the simulated model of assemble shop was done. Running the simulated model, the bottle-neck of components assemble was solved. Using product line balance heuristic algorithm, the bottle-neck components assemble was analyzed in balance ; the optimal plan of the bottle-neck components assemble was given, and the plans were compared. The results of simulated experiment show that the solving of bottle-neck can be done based on Flexsim, and the heuristic algorithm of product line balance can increase product line efficiency. The optimal sim^dation of product system can provide the optimal plan and the scientific evidence for enterprise. In this case, when the enterprise doesn't raise investment, the enterprise can still increase product line efficiency.
