摘要
本文通过分析压铸模制造整个生产周期和生产流程的特点,结合绩效考核的基本理论,设计出针对压铸模制造企业的绩效考核模型和考核办法,并对该种考核模型进行解释说明,以及阐述采用该考核方法的意义。
In this paper, the performance evaluation model was designed through the analysis of the mould the whole process and its characteristics and combining the basic theory of performance evaluation. Also this paper elaborated the significance of the evaluation method.
