通过SWOT分析,指出胶南蓝莓产业具有广阔的市场发展空间、替代品威胁小等机会,具有得天独厚的自然条件、良好的产业发展格局、技术力量雄厚等优势,以及人才队伍难以保持长期稳定、企业融资渠道不畅等劣势,面临加工行业尚未形成、产业投入缺乏信心、行业未来竞争激烈等威胁。在此基础上,提出其发展战略:优化产业布局,加大政策扶持力度,发挥龙头企业带动作用,加强专业人才培养。

Througn SWOT analysis, this paper points out that blue berry industry in Jiaonan has the opportunity of vast market-developing space and faces fewer rival industries, the advantages of advantaged natural conditions, favorable industrial development situation and strong force of technology, and the disadvantages of instable talents team and unfavorable financing tunnels, etc. , and faces threats such as premature processing industry, lack of confidence in industrial investment, more fierce future business competition, etc. Thus, this paper proposes the corresponding development strategy： to optimize industrial arrangement, to extend policy support, to help pillar enterprises play a leading role, and to strengthen specialized talent training.
