摘要 近年来,质性研究以其研究人类主观体验方面的特有优势在心理学领域得到了较大的发展,职业组合卡即是典型代表。职业组合卡能提供丰富的来访者的信息,还能够提供一种结构化的认知,特别适合那些职业意识淡薄或者职业决策困难者,从而大大降低了来访者对咨询师的过度依赖,使来访者在职业探索中实现自我成长。 Recently, the special advantage of the qualitative research has made it develop greatly in the psychological field, and the occupational card sort is the typical representative. This card sort can provide a large amount of information and a kind of structured cognition about visitors, particularly, it fits those who lack the occupational consciousness and have difficulties in choosing careers, and thereby it decreases their dependence on counselors, and makes the visitors develop in their career exploration.
