摘要
目的:研究吴茱萸提取物清除羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(.O2-)的作用。方法:用硫酸亚铁和过氧化氢反应产生.OH;用邻苯三酚自氧化法产生.O2-。用分光光度法测定吴茱萸正丁醇提取物1、正丁醇提取物2和乙醚提取物对.OH和.O2-的清除作用。结果:三种提取物及Vc清除.OH的IC50分别为145.0、141.0、335.0、2.3μg.mL-1;正丁醇提取物1清除.O2-的作用无法测定,吴茱萸正丁醇提取物2、乙醚提取物及Vc清除.O2-的IC50分别为270.00、.185、0.057 5μg.mL-1。结论:本研究中的三种吴茱萸提取物均有一定的抗氧化作用并呈量效关系。吴茱萸脂溶性成分清除.O2-的作用非常显著,与Vc有相似作用。
Objective.. To study the removal function of exfraet from Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.)on hydroxyl radical( ·OH )and Superoxide anion radical( ·O2 ). Methods: Kreaetion of ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide was used to generate ·OH, with the pyrogallol autoxidation method producing ·O2^- The removing ability of n-butanol extract-1 ,n-butanol extract-2 and ether extract was determined by spectrophotometry. Re-suits.. IC50 of scavenging · OH for these three kinds of extracts and VC were 145.0,141.0,335.0,2.3μg ·mL^-1 respectively;but the ability of removing · O2- of n-butanol extract-1 could not be determined,lCs0 of the rest three were 270.0,0. 185 and 0. 057 5μg · mL^-1 respectively. Conclusion:Three extracts from Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.)Benth. have some anti-oxidation,and showed dose-effect relationship. The ability of removing · O2 for liposolubles was very remarkable,and it had similar ability with that of Vc.
