Planning and conduction of island disposal in Three Gorges Reservoir

孤岛处理是水库淹没中的特殊问题,是库区征地移民安置规划的组成部分,但由于其特殊的自然环境、生产生活环境,规划处理中具有其自身的特点。三峡水库孤岛数量多,涉及面广,规划处理方式多样。通过介绍三峡水库孤岛的规划与实施,提出了孤岛的实物指标调查方式、孤岛处理规划原则和处理方案的确定方法。孤岛处理案例表明,分情况采取的处理方案取得了较好效果。

Islands treatment is a special issue in inundation disposal of reservoir with special natural,production and living environment,which is part of land development and resettlement in reservoir area and should be planned and treated according to its features.There are a large number of islands in Three Gorges Reservoir with complex charactoristics and widely involved issues,therefore,the planning and disposal methods are various.The plan and conduction of island disposal in Three Gorges Reservoir are introduced and the ways of investigating object index of the islands are proposed.The examples of island disposal show that the disposal schemes conducted accordingly can obtain satisfying effects.
