输沙泥浆泵应急流量控制装置的研制与应用

摘要 针对输沙管道在远距离输沙过程中容易出现的施工迫停、管道水击等问题,对原有施工机械设备进行了改进。通过在吸浆管道上添加流量控制阀,解决了集浆池泥浆进出平衡的问题,为连续施工创造了条件;通过在输浆管道上添加回流控制阀,妥善解决了长输管道易受水击破坏的问题。在河南新乡长垣堤防加固工程施工中,应用改进后的设备有效解决了施工迫停、管道水击等问题,施工效率得到了大幅提高,创造了连续168 h的施工记录,取得了显著的社会经济效益。 We improved the original construction equipment in order to solve the problems in the process of long distance mud transportation such as forced pause during construction and water hammer in the pipe.The inflow and outflow of mud to the pool is balanced by setting discharge controlling valve in mud absorbing pile,which creates favorable conditions for continuous construction.And the damage caused by water hammer in long distance mud transportation pipe is eliminated by the installation of reflux controlling valve.The improved equipments were used in the dike reinforcement project in Xinxiang city,Henan Province.Therefore,the construction efficiency has been raised dramatically and a new record of continuous working for 168 hours has been set.
