钟公隧道煤层段围岩变形分析和应对措施 被引量:1

摘要 瑞金至赣州高速公路的钟公隧道穿越一段煤系地层,在施工过程中,出现了围岩变形、拱顶沉降严重的问题。针对煤系地层隧道在施工过程中的围岩变形问题,所采取的应对措施为:尽快封闭工作面,加强临时支护,对开挖段进行预先加固,及时强行支护,尽快排除地下水。措施的实施有效地控制了围岩变形,使施工顺利穿越了煤层区。为以后类似穿越煤层隧道的施工提供了参考。 Zhonggong tunnel on the highway from Ruijin to Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province passes through a coal seam.In the construction,the surrounding rock mass deformed and the tunnel crown settled seriously.The surrounding rock mass deformation was analyzed by non-linear finite method.The treatment measures about surrounding rock mass deformation are closing working face as soon as possible,strengthening temporary support,pre-consolidating excavation section,timely forcible supporting,draining underground water as soon as possible.The taken measures effectively controlled surrounding rock mass deformation and made the tunnel pass through the coal seam smoothly.The measures taken in this project provides a reference for the same project.
