摘要
目的:采用一阶导数分光光度法测定自制O/W型微乳中糠酸莫米松的含量。所得糠酸莫米松质量浓度在4.0~18.0μg·mL-1范围呈良好线性关系,回归方程为D=0.00235ρ+3.11874×10-(4r2=0.9999),方法的日内日间精密度好;平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.94%。
First order derivative spectrophotometry was used to analyze the content of mometasone furoate microemulsion. The mometasone furoate showed a good linear relationship within a concentration range of 4.0-18.0 μg·mL^-1, with the regression equation of D=2.35×10^-3p+3.11874×10^-4 (r^2=0.9999). The proposed process also achieved satisfactory average recovery of 99.8% and RSD of 0.94%.
