摘要
介绍了技术效率的概念及其度量方法,运用DEA模型对2001—2007年我国高技术产业科技活动的技术效率进行了实证研究。从行业集聚程度、行业竞争程度、企业规模以及技术创新方面探讨了影响我国电子及通讯设备制造业技术效率的因素,最后提出了提升我国高技术产业科技活动技术效率的路径与方法。
First, this paper has briefly introduced the concept of technical efficiency and its measurement methods, then it made an empirical study on the technological efficiency of hi-tech industry for its S＆T activities in China from 2001 to 2007, using the DEA model .It also has explored the factors which affect the technology efficiency of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing industry from the level of industry concentration, the degree of competition, the scale of the enterprise and its technical innovation. Finally, it gave some measures to improve the technological efficiency of hi-tech industry for its S＆T activities.
