摘要
核心竞争力缺失是众多企业面临的问题。在对核心竞争力缺失的含义、状态特征、判断识别分析的基础上,探讨了导致企业核心竞争力缺失的原因,提出了防范企业核心竞争力缺失的途径。
The shortage of core competence is a problem that many enterprises have to face. Based on the analysis of concept, characteristic, recognition and judgment of the shortage of core competence, this paper discussed the reason which causes the shortage of core competence and the precautions .
