摘要
目的建立紫外分光光度法测定益寿地仙颗粒总黄酮含量的方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定益寿地仙颗粒总黄酮的含量。结果总黄酮在0.0052-0.0416 mg/ml与吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程为y=12.15x+0.0035,r2=0.995,总黄酮含量为5.86%;样品在测定的100min内稳定、重现性良好;RSD为1.24%,回收率平均为95.51%,准确性相对偏差为0.9396%。结论方法简便可行,重现性好,为益寿地仙颗粒的质量控制提供了方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Yishoudixian Granule by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods Determination of ilavonoids was adopted by ultraviolet spectrophotometry in Yishoudixian Granule of content. Results It was apparent total flavonoids in the 0.0052 mg/ml - 0. 0416 mg/ml and a good linear relatianship between the absorbance. For the regression equation y = 12.15x +0.0035 r2 = 0. 995, flavonoids in total was 5.86 %. The sample was stable and reproducible within 100 min, and RSD was 1.24 %, and the average recovery rate was 95.51%. Accuracy of the relative deviation was 0. 09396%. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable a method for determination of Yishoudixian granule particles.
