Since the founding of the new China,it has unswervingly committed to develop'good-neighborly and friendly relations'with neighboring countries based on the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence and establish diplomatic ties with those countries.The sound and stable neighboring environment and fruitful accomplishments in China's diplomatic fronts constitute essential conditions for building harmonious Asia.
