切向车铣铝合金回转体工件表面形貌的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究切向车铣加工铝合金回转体工件的表面形貌,通过试验对轴向进给量和周向进给量对表面粗糙度和表面纹理的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,轴向和周向进给量的增大都可导致表面粗糙度值增大;周向进给量比轴向进给量对表面纹理的影响更加显著,不但可使纹理间距发生变化,还可改变纹理的方向,并产生网格状表面纹理。 In order to study on the surface topography of the Aluminium alloy rotary workpiece machining by the tangential turn-milling, it is researched by the experiment to the axial feed rates and the circumferential feed rates influence on the surface roughness and the surface texture. The results show that the surface roughness increases as the axial feed rates and the circumferential feed rates increasing. Circumferential feed rates influence more obviously than the axial feed rates on the surface texture, it can change the surface texture spacing and direction , and form grid surface texture.
