摘要
突破传统齿轮加工方法,采用通用加工设备——五轴加工中心来完成弧齿锥齿轮的齿面加工,解决了专用设备加工精度不高、周期长等问题,实现了异形齿轮的柔性加工。从加工工艺流程安排、齿轮三维模型的建立、多轴加工刀路的编制及后处理的定制和模拟仿真几个方面,对齿轮的柔性加工进行全面的论述。该方法提高了异形齿轮的加工精度,缩短了齿轮的加工周期,一定程度上提高了数控设备的利用率。
The conventional methods of gear manufacturing have more technical defects. Five-axis machining center used to solve the problems such as low smoothness ,low accuracy of tooth surface and the long manufac turing cycle. Complete the manufacturing of Spiral bevel gear use of flexible manufacturing technology. This article introduce the new mothod from processing arrangement, 3D model of gear, multi-axis tool path , post-processing, simulation and so on. This new method improves the accuracy and shorten the processing cycle. In addition, this new method improves the utilization of CNC machine tools.
