An Approach to the Problems Arising from Our National Made Equipment Evaluation

从理论上，并结合实例，研究了国产设备评估中常见的不易准确估算的单台（件）设备和成套机组的重置成本及设备成新率问题。

Starting from theory and combining with practice, the paper makes a research for some problems concerning either a recombinant cost or a renewed rate of the full set of machines and equipment regardless of a single piece of equipment, or a single set made in our China when they are evaluated and calculated with frequent faults or wrong results.
