An Application of Value Engineering to the Architectural Designing

将价值工程理论引用到建筑工程设计中，把工程的功能和造价两个方面综合起来进行分析，在一定程度上可以避免建筑工程设计中的不足，增加其科学性。

The value engineering theory to be brought in the designing architectural projects, herein an analysis is made of the two respects covering the project′s function and cost being synthesised in this paper, which, to a certain extent, can avoid the defficiency in the architectural designing, and increase its scientific features.
