摘要
原料的选择对苦荞中的有效成分黄酮类化合物含量的影响很大,且不同质量的苦荞要求不同的生产工艺,因此我们进行了一些必要的苦荞原料的质量评价。结果表明:苦荞叶、苦荞茎、苦荞皮及苦荞粉中都含有黄酮类化合物,其含量由大到小依次为苦荞叶>苦荞种皮>苦荞粉>苦荞茎>苦荞麸皮;不同产地的苦荞粉中黄酮类化合物的含量略有差异,含量基本在3.5%左右;原料处理方法的不同导致提取液中黄酮类化合物的含量差异较大。
The quality of raw material greatly effect the content of flavonoids from Tartary Buckwheat,so we studied the quality of raw material of Tartary Buckwheat. The results showed that there were flavoniods of leav- es,stem,seeds,seed capsule and peel of Tartary Buckwheat, and the order of the content was leaves 〉 seeds capsule 〉 seeds 〉 stem 〉 peel. The content of different place ment of raw material lead to the difference of the content of was nearly the same, it's about 3.5% ;The treat- Tartary Buckwheat.
