Perfection of our Internal Legislation to Meet the Requirements of WTO

中国从１９８６ 年开始申请“复关”到目前的“入世”谈判已历时１２ 年之久，但至今中国仍未能加入世界贸易组织（Ｗ ＴＯ）．本文从我国外贸法、外资法、服务贸易立法和知识产权立法的建设这四方面提出了我国要想加入Ｗ ＴＯ 需要解决的一些法律问题的建议。

It is since 1986 that China has applied for reentering the world GATT organization and up to the present that China applies for entering WTO. However the above applications and requirements all failed during 12 years long. From the stands of the foreign trade law, the foreign investment law, trade service law, the intelectual property right law, i.e, four constructive respects, the paper proposes suggestions concerning the problems on laws issued by China to be solved urgently in order to join in the WTO.
