老年人参与社会组织志愿服务问题探微

社会组织的发展,离不开庞大的志愿者队伍。我国老年人志愿者的参与率低、参与热情不高、参与志愿服务的领域过窄,志愿活动的开展还处在摸索阶段,尚未形成系统、完善的老年人志愿服务管理体系。应从老年人志愿者的角度出发,依据老年志愿者独有的特性及其参与社会组织志愿服务的良性动机,培育服务意识、创新管理机制,逐步提高老年人在社会组织志愿服务中的参与水平。

The development of social organization can not go without volunteers. The elder volunteers in China has a low participate rate, low -level passion and confinded domain, the development of volunteer campaign is still on the scrabbling stage, and do not form into a systematic and perfect volunteer management system. We should start from the perspective of elder volunteers, cultivate servicing consciousness, innovate management mechanism according to the unique characteristics and good - will motivation elder volunteers, so as to promote the participate level of elder volunteers in social organizations.
