摘要
我国《劳动法》第三十一条的规定过于笼统宽泛,导致司法实践中劳动者的辞职权存在一定的困难.因此,需要对劳动法及劳动合同法进行分析,以充分保障劳动者的辞职权。
The content of Article 31 of the "Labor Law"is general, which leads that the right of laborers to resign is not easy to operate in judicial practice. So it ' s necessary to analyze the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law, so as to fully protect the right of laborers to resign.
