论高校学生群体性事件中的思想政治教育方法

高校学生群体性事件在很大程度上是由于各种内部矛盾激化而成,诸如事关国家荣誉与前途的重大事件;学生切身利益受到侵害;在校学生的非正常死亡;部分学生素质较差、法制观念淡薄;就业难题与毕业离校情绪等都是诱发高校学生群体性事件的重要因素。要充分有效地利用思想政治教育方法来化解矛盾,需做到未雨绸缪,利用预防教育方法做好防范工作;高校领导人亲临现场与组织参与人员展开"平等对话";迅速发布权威信息,做好舆情搜集和研判处理工作;善后处理总结,宜春风化雨而非秋后算账。

College students mass disturbances are largely due to various sharpening internal contradictions such as matters about national honor and the future; the vital interests of students are violated; some students＇ abnormal death ; poor quality and nonsense of law for some students ; employment problems and graduation moods are important factors to induce mass disturbances. In order to make use of the ideological and political education methods to resolve contradictions, we should make plans ahead and apply educational methods of prevention; and college leaders be on -site personally and make ＂equal dialogue＂ with the participates; spread authoritative information rapidly and collecting and analyzing public sentiment properly; last but not the least, when dealing with the aftermath conclusion, it is better to educate with soft words rather than severe scores.
