摘要
以聚苯胺(PAn)薄膜修饰铂丝电极为基体电极,将含有尼古丁-四苯硼钠的聚氯乙烯(PVC)敏感膜涂渍于基体电极表面,制成全固态双膜尼古丁电极。在pH值为5.5~7.0范围内,对8.0×10-6~1.0×10-2mol·L-1的尼古丁水溶液有良好线性响应,斜率为58mV·dec-1,检测下限为4.5×10-6mol·L-1。该电极结构简单,稳定性好,可用于测定烟草和卷烟烟气粒相物中的尼古丁。
The preparation of a new nicotion chemical sensor based on a platinum wire electrode modified with polyaniline is reported. The basic electrode is a platinum wire electrode modified with a layer of polyaniline,then a layer of PVC membrane containing tetraphenylborate nicotine ion pair complex and plasticizer is coated on the surface of basic electrode. At pH 5.5~7.0,this electrode shows a rapid and near Nernstian response to nicotinium cation in the concentration range of 8.0×10 -6 ~1.0×10 -2 mol·L -1 ,with a slope of 58 mV·dec -1 .The electrode is simple and stable and has been applied to determine the nicotine content in the tobacco and cigarette smoke.Good agreement with UV spectroscopic method is observed.
