射频击穿场强与CO_2激光器等效放电电阻的计算

摘要 根据气体放电理论,从高频下粒子平衡方程着手,导出气体放电击穿场强的表达式,并将放电等离子体模拟为具有电阻和电感的射频负载,从而导出放电等离子体等效电阻的表达式,以此计算出气体放电击穿场强和等效电阻的数值。 Based upon the equation of particle balance under high frequency,a formula for field intensity punctured by gas discharge is deduced according to gas discharge theory.Through the analogue between the discharging plasma and the frequency load characterized by resistance and induction,a formula for equivalent resistance of discharging plasma is calculated together with the numerical values of both field intensity punctured by gas discharge and equivalent electric resistance.
