摘要
介绍了一种基于激光自混合干涉效应的位移传感器原理,给出位移干涉信号的理论模型,并进行了仿真分析,阐述了干涉信号的特征;建立了位移传感器的实验系统,进行了初步的实验研究,证明自混合干涉位移传感器具有与传统干涉仪相同的位移灵敏度.
The principle of the displacement sensor based on the seif-mixing interference in laser diode is described, a theoretical model is given to explain the asymmetry of self-mixing interference signal and the experimentalresultS shows the displacement sensor based on the self-mixing inteIference has the same displacement sensitivity asa conventional interferomter.
