基于知识服务的高校图书馆管理

University Library Management Aiming at Knowledge Service

高校图书馆的服务已经开始从信息服务走向知识服务。服务模式的变化带来了图书馆管理的变化,文章在知识服务的基础上提出了从人的管理、知识的管理和知识共享机制的创建这三个方面入手,实现高校图书馆的管理。

The service of university library is turning from the traditional information service to knowledge service. The change of the service model caused the adjustment of management in the library. This paper proposes a scheme to realize university library management based on reader management, knowledge management and the creation of knowledge - sharing mechanisms on the basis of knowledge service.
