摘要
研究了压铸镁合金AZ91D在浓度分数为0.6 mol/L的NaCl、NaNO3、Ca(NO3)2、Mg(NO3)2、MgSO4、Na2SO4及雨水等不同溶液中的腐蚀行为,并采用失重法研究腐蚀速率,金相显微镜和SEM观察表面形貌,XRD分析腐蚀后的相组成,得到了不同离子对失重率、腐蚀速率、腐蚀产物、表面形貌的影响,对研究镁合金的腐蚀行为有重要的意义。
In this paper, corrosion behaviors of die casting magnesium alloy AZ91D were studied in different solutions: NaCl, NaNO3, Ca(NO3)2, Mg(NO3)2, MgSO4, Na2SO4 and rain (concentration fraction is 0.6mol/L). Using weightlessness method to study corrosion rage, metallurgical microscope and SEM to observe surface features, and XRD to analyze the phase composition after corrosion, the author concludes that the different irons have different effects on weightlessness rage, corrosion rate, corrosion products and surface appearance, which is important to the research on the corrosion behavior of die casting magnesium alloy.
