The Legal Analysis of "the Land New Deal" Model and Advice

与30年前的改革将农村土地的经营主体进行了分散不同,如今农村土地的改革是要解决土地的适度集中以利规模化经营的问题,也因此被媒体冠以"土地新政"。选取几个有代表性的"土地新政"改革模式进行分析,指出其存在的法律风险,提出相应的建议。

Thirty years ago, China＇s reform was started from the rural areas,the main operator of rural land have been distributed. But now, the reform of rural land becomes a concern once again, on the contrary, in order to operate it in large-male, the appropriate concentration of land must be solved, thus it is considered as ＂the Land New Deal＂ by the media. In this paper, a few representative reform model about ＂Land New Deal＂ is analysed, the legal risks is pointed out and recommendations have been made accordingly.
