摘要
为了全面评价粉体的性能特征,文章将粉体压制试样条,进行弯曲强度试验,采用Weibul分布表征。Weibul模数m值越大,强度分布越集中,材料性能重复性越好。试验表明,用Weibul分布描述材料的强度分布,并以m值进一步评价粉体的性能是适宜且准确的。
In order to measure powder′s properties comprehensively,powder was pressed as sample bars,and the tests of bending strength were performed and were measured by Weibull distribution.When the Weibull modulus is big,the strength distribution concentrates,and the material property repeats excellently.Results indicate that it is fit and accurate to describe powder′s material strength distribution by Weibull distribution and to measure powder properties by Weibull modulus.
