摘要
目的建立HPLC-ELSD法测定参芪降糖颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量.方法采用大连依利特Hypersil C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25),流速:1mL·min-1;柱温:40℃;检测器:Alltech ELSD 2000.结果黄芪甲苷在0.384～3.84μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率为98.88%(RSD=1.52%,n=6).结论本法具有良好的精密度和重现性,结果准确可靠,可作为本产品的质量控制方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC--ELSD method for determination of astragaloside IV in Shenqijiangtang Granules. METHODS The HPLC--ELSD with the Hypersil C18 （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol--water （75 ： 25） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the temperature of column was 40℃ ,the detector was Alltech ELSD 2000. RESULTS There was a good linear correlation in the range of 0. 384-3.84μg. The recovery was 98. 88% （ RSD 1.52 %, n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method was proved to be precise reproducibility and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Shenqijiangtang Granules.
