摘要
目前国内外汽车安全性能检测线,由于测控系统均采用2次仪表对被检测量进行模拟信号的处理方法,因而系统精度和可靠性低。该文提出了NetWareLite网络系统构成二级主从式测控系统,采用自校正原理和数字信号处理技术,给出了克服信号零飘、温飘和非线性的动态校正算法,有效提高了系统的精度和可靠性。在几十条检测线实际运行中表明,其各项功能满足GB7258-1997标准规定,标定精度符合GB11798—98标准规定,具有检测效率高、准确可靠及稳定性好等特点。现正在进一步研究对整个检测线的故障自诊断方法。
At present,the test lines of automobile for safe performance utilize analogue signals so that the system precision and reliability are low.This paper presents the master slave measure and control computer system based on NetWare Lite network operating system.Auto correction priniciple and digital signal processing techniques are adopted,and the algorithms of overcoming zero shift,temperature shift and nonlinear error are given,so that the system reliability and precision are greatly improved.The actual runing of more than ten test lines indicates that the system functions are in accordance with GB7258-1997 standard and the judging precision is up to GB11798-98.The system is efficient and has reliable accuracy and stability.
