With the identification of numerous molecular abnormalities that may be responsible for leukemogenesis,the mechanisms leading to the development of acute myeloid leukemia （AML） has been maken remarkably progress,and there are more and more profound understandings of the nature of AML.At the same time a large number of clinical trials conducted has reaped considerable success,the diagnosis and treatment of AMLhas advanced to individual phase.
