Cortisomol与CCQ糊剂在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中的效果比较

Clincal effects comparision in root canal treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis with cortisomol paste and CCQ paste

目的探讨Cortisomol糊剂在慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗中的效果。方法将100例慢性根尖周炎患者分为两组进行一次性根管治疗,试验组用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管,对照组用CCQ糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管。结果术后7天内疼痛发生率试验组为16%,对照组为38%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后1年追踪观察成功率,试验组为92%,对照组为86%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Cortisomol糊剂具有根尖刺激小,术后疼痛轻微,操作方便的特点,是一次性根管治疗术中值得推广应用的根管充填材料。

Objective To investigate the effect of Cortisomol paste in one-time root canal treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods One hundred cases of chronic periapical periodontitis patients receiving one-time root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups.Cortisomol paste with gutta-percha point was used to fill the root canal in test group.CCQ paste with gutta-percha point was used to fill the root canal in control group.Results The incidence of postoperative pain within 7 days was 16% in test group and 38% in control group.Difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.001）.The success rate after 1 year＇ follow-up was 92% in test group and 86% in control group.Difference between the two groups was not significant （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Cortisomol paste is suggested to use as a root canal filling material in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis because of small stimulation,mild postoperative pain and easy operation.
