曲安萘德联合一来肤康仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛361例临床观察

The clinical observation of effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with YI LAI FU KANG YI on patients with post-zoster neuralgia(PHN)

目的观察曲安萘德联合一来肤康仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(post-zoster neuralgia,PHN)的疗效。方法361例PHN患者分为两组,治疗组194例采用维生素B10.1g、B120.5mg肌肉注射,曲安萘德皮损处封闭后联合一来肤康仪治疗;对照组167例用维生素B1、B12肌肉注射和曲安奈德皮损处封闭治疗。结果治疗组临床有效率86.08%,对照组70.06%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组平均起效时间(6.8±2.6)天,对照组为(12.1±2.9)天,治疗组的治疗时间明显短于对照组;两组均无严重不良反应。结论曲安萘德联合一来肤康仪治疗PHN,疗效可靠,起效快,安全无副作用。

Objective To determine the efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with YI LAI FU KANG YI on patients with post-zoster neuralgia （PHN）.Methods 361 patients were randomly divided into two groups,194 in therapeutic group and 167 in control group.The patients in therapeutic group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide together with YI LAI FU KANG YI.The patients in control group were treated with vitamine B1 and vitamine B12 injected intramuscularly,with triamcinolone acetonide therapy.Result The clinical efficiency （86.08%） in therapeutic group was significantly higher than that in control group （70.06%） （P 〈 0.01）.The average start recovery duration was significantly shorter in therapeutic group （6.8±2.6 d） than that in control group （12.1±2.9 d）.There was no severe side effect in both group.Conclusion The combination of triamcinolone acetonide and YI LAI FU KANG YI against PHN was effective and safe without side effect,and the effect emerged quicker than the control group.
