Fungal sinusitis:A clinical analysis of 76 cases

摘要 目的探讨真菌性鼻窦炎(FRS)的临床特征及鼻内镜手术疗效。方法回顾性分析2003～2008年采用鼻内镜手术治疗的76例FRS的临床资料和随访结果。结果76例FRS临床表现为头痛或眼部痛43例次,涕中带血36例次;CT扫描鼻窦高密度影,窦内有斑点状或条块状钙化影70例。76例均在鼻内镜下手术,开放窦腔,清除真菌团块,未见手术并发症;术后随访3～18个月,患者头痛和涕中带血消失,手术腔黏膜恢复良好,无复发。结论头痛和涕中带血是FRS最常见的临床症状,CT扫描存在特征性的表现,是诊断FRS的主要影像学方法;鼻内镜鼻窦开放手术具有微创和疗效好的特点,应为首选的手术方法。
